• How does DEKRA audit StarElite Pre-Owned Vehicles
  DEKRA will immediately receive notice from Mercedes - Benz right after each StarElite carper-Owned Vehicles passing the 158 certification checkpoints by the dealers. DEKRA will then send a trained inspector to StarElite dealer to assess the certification and inspection report, quality and completeness of certification procedure done by the dealer ensure every certified car has to conform to the severe standard of Mercedes – Benz. DEKRA’s inspector will recheck all the certification items one by one if necessary. All the third-party auditing processes will be finished by DEKRA inspectors independently to ensure its objectivity and fairness.Each StarElite Pre-Owned vehicle will be attached an affixed independent certification and inspection report as additional vehicle information after passing DEKRA’s auditing, which means the Third Party’s inspector has completely audited the car for the excellent quality and driving safety.
